Onion Bhajis

Onion Bhajis.

No curry night would be complete without onion bhajis!

And I found a recipe that is so easy to make your own!

Here’s all you’ll need…

  • 2 onions 
  • 75g gram flour 
  • 1/4 tsp cumin 
  • 1/2 tsp coriander 
  • 1/2 turmeric 
  • Pinch of salt 
  • 2 tbsp water 
  • 2 tbsp mango chutney 
  • 1 tsp tomato purée 

Once the onions are cooked, mix everything together and then cook in the oven for 30 minutes.

Serve warm, with a curry on or own their own.
