Cauliflower Bhajis

Cauliflower bhajis.

Another tasty way to enjoy one of your five a day!

Here’s all you’ll need…

  • 1 cauliflower, chopped
  • 75g gram flour 
  • 1/4 tsp cumin 
  • 1/2 tsp coriander 
  • 1/2 turmeric 
  • Pinch of salt 
  • 2 tbsp water 
  • 2 tbsp mango chutney 
  • 1 tsp tomato purée 

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Pop in the oven and bake for 30 minutes, swapping over half way through.

Serve with the rest of your dinner or as a savoury snack.
