Savoury muffins
These are so good as savoury snack or with lunch, even if I say so myself! The melted cheese inside with the fluffy muffin and sweetcorn is super tasty.
Try making these yourself, we’ll need;
- 250g self raising flour
- 1tsp baking powder
- 1tsp salt
- 100g grated cheese
- 185g drained sweet corn
- 2 eggs
- 100ml oil
- 150ml milk
Preheat the oven
Mix all the dry ingredients together, then mix all the wet ingredients. Bring together into the same bowl and mix slightly until mixture is combined.
Grease a muffin tin and add dollops of the mixture into the tin evenly. Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden.
