Pea and Spring Onion Muffins
Savoury muffins are the way forward! Lunch, dinner, or just a savoury snack throughout the day, these are perfect whatever time of the day you want something tasty! What’s even better is that they are easy to make!
Here’s what you need to get started;
- 250g self raising flour
- 1tsp baking powder
- 1tsp salt
- 50g grated cheese
- 200g garden peas
- 2-3 spring onions, chopped
- 2 eggs
- 100ml oil
- 150ml milk
Preheat the oven
Mix all the dry ingredients together, then mix all the wet ingredients. Bring together into the same bowl and mix slightly until mixture is combined.
Grease a muffin tin and add dollops of the mixture into the tin evenly. Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden.
