Vegetarian Pizza.
Saturday night pizza night starts here. Pizzas are a super fun way of getting everyone together to make their own pizzas!
This recipe will make 2 pizzas, so double up if you’re feeding the whole family!
Here’s what you’ll need to get started.
For the dough;
- 1 egg white
- 3tbsp oil
- 1tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 200ml water
- 250g Gluten Free bread flour
- 1tsp yeast
Plus your toppings;
- Tomato pureƩ
- 1 pack Mozzarella
- 1/2 pepper
- 1/2 onion
- Olives
- Salt and Pepper
Here’s how to make your pizzas;
Preheat the oven.
Line two baking sheets with greaseproof paper and pour half of the dough onto each sheet. Push the dough to the edge of the sheets or to whatever shape you want your pizza.
Top with tomato pureƩ, mozzarella, pepper, onion and olives. Season with salt and pepper.
Bake for 30 minutes and serve warm.
