Granola Topped Pancakes

Granola Topped Pancakes

This colour pancake stack is the perfect treat to help you kickstart your weekend!

For these pancakes you’ll need;

To get started you’ll need;

  • 125g GF plain flour
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 150ml milk
  • 1tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsps granola ( I made my own granola, find out how on my recipe here)

Combine the first 4 ingredients in a bowl until well combined.

At this point in the recipe I separated my batter into 4 bowls. I added a tiny bit of yellow food colouring to one bowl, red colouring into another bowl and yellow and red into the other bowl. If you’re not interested in trying out different colours, just skip this part of the recipe!

Then fry the pancakes in a little oil, I used about 2 tbsp of batter per pancake.

Once cooked, stack on the plate, top with a few spoonfuls of granola and the sprinkle of cinnamon.

Enjoy!
