Vegetable Bhajis
A lovely savoury snack or a side dish for your dinner.
- 1 onion
- Various vegetables (the same amount as your 1 onion)
- 75g gram flour
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp coriander
- 1/2 turmeric
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp mango chutney
- 2 tbsp tomato purée
Fry up the onion and vegetables together until soft. Then mix everything together, add dollops to a greased baking tin and then cook in the oven for 30 minutes.
Serve warm, with a dish on or own their own.
